Words of the Month

My Playgroup wants to display all of our "words of the month" quilts at our Annual Quilt Show in June. Many participants followed the rules and made their pieces 12"X12", made 12 blocks  and were able to arrange them together nicely in a full size quilt. Could I do that?  Nooooo. Now I have to figure a way to make mine hang together. I only made six of the blocks. The show rules say you have to hang your quilt from a sleeve attached to the back of the quilt. So this is what I came up with.

I attached two of the quilts to a sleeve and used hook and loop strips to hang the rest of them to them. Since the show uses black back drapes, I'm hoping my piece will fall within the guidelines and accepted into the show. Whew! I think it would have been easier to make it according to size next time!
