Foreign Shadows

I've been collecting Aboriginal and African print fabric for awhile. A friend donated some of her African print leftovers to me so that I had enough to make this quilt. Yes, it really IS that dark! Sometimes you don't see your mistakes until you finish. It is darker than I had hoped, but I can live with it. March is almost over and I had hoped to get more than one of these UFOs quilted. I have two more to go. I'll aim for completing them in April. Hopefully, the arrival of baseball season won't prevent me from getting them done. This quilt measures about 50"X60".
