Fun With Paint Progress

I have only one more week to get feedback from my on-line teacher. I know I just posted pics of these pieces but want to let you know I am not finished with them.....yet. Here are two updates.....with more to come.

I'm not happy with all of the white showing in the orange piece. My teacher has provided some ideas on how to 'tame' that down. I'll work on that in the coming week.

I had an old cigar box full of Cracker Jax prizes....not the kind you see today, but the REAL prizes. I'm not sure if the snakes and lizards are any of those prizes, but they were in the box with them. I love the way you can use Magic foam to make stamps from them. The elephants were way too blue so I added more paint. I only did a few to be sure it was the result I was looking for. It's been fun painting this week and I really hate to see this class come to an end on Friday.
