Class and Baseball

I don't think I could have picked a worse time to take an on-line class. School is out (my 11-year-old grandson is home with me), the pool is open, and Baseball playoffs have begun. So I decided last week to combine efforts and produce a small class project. Using baseball, input from the grandson, carving stamps and painting exercises, I managed to come up with this as my homework assignment. Can you see the baseball bats or home plate or third base?

It looks a little wrinkly because it stays pinned to the back of the chair I take to all of the playoff games.
Hopefully, I can get a little more creative with future homework assignments!
