Help! My Email Address Book Got Deleted

If you are reading this and get the occasional email from me, please email me now. My address book in my email account got deleted yesterday! I thought I was getting Spammed and I thought I might have contracted a virus. When we called Cox, in their attempt to solve the problem, they deleted our accounts and ALL, yes, ALL my saved mail, email accounts and settings, account folders and everything that was in them got deleted. Cox says they can't recover them! They say they are gone forever! So, if you are reading this will you please help me begin to recover and send me an email so I can save your address, again. Thanks for helping me out.
