HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Not only is it Valentine's Day, but it also my 30th Wedding Anniversary. Seems like it was yesterday when we exchanged vows at the Justice of the Peace (Judge Daniel Fairfax O'Flaherty) in Old Towne Alexandria, Virginia. I still remember how my new husband crossed his fingers and winked at my son (who was 7 years old at the time) and said "it doesn't count....I had my fingers crossed!"

I hope everyone has a wonderful and Happy Valentine's Day.

Pictured below is a close up of Linda Cooper's "The Heart of the Matter" quilt. http://lindacooperquilts.com/KineticQuilts.htm

I spent last Saturday in a class with Linda where she taught us how to make 'kinetic' quilts. Linda is sooooo talented. You can tell that by looking at all of the wonderful art quilts that she has pictured on her website. Please go take a look and have a great Valentine's Day!
