Andrew painted the snowflakes on the coasters and sewed them on a piece of felt. He made four coasters for each teacher. That was alot since he has nine teachers. The bag is for his Math teacher who has helped him tremendously in excelling in Advanced Math this year. All the patterns are available in the 2010/2011 Quilting Arts Holiday magazine.
The organizers are from a pattern from Lazy Girls. These are versatile pieces that can be used as a desktop/sewing area/bathroom organizer or put in one of those big bags that doesn't have enough pockets inside. You just move the organizer from bag to bag, not the contents. I hope my quilting friends enjoy using these.
