Sometimes one must go out of their comfort zone and explore new crafts. I have this enormous stash of beads that I must do something with. When I saw a Spiral Rope bracelet class advertised, I just knew it was the one that would help me bust my stash. Ann Goodwin was the teacher and she shared her wealth of experience in explaining that once one learned how to make this bracelet that bead substitutions could be made for generating different effects. And she was right. The finished bracelet (the one with clasp) is the one I began in class. The other two are ones I made Sunday afternoon while 'listening' to the Redskins lose to the Giants :-( The black one isn't quite finished, but I thought it was far enough along to post here. They are so easy to make and I see that basket of beads just waiting to be used over the holidays.
