Okay, so I'm finally getting some studio time and I'm not wasting it. I began a new on-line course with Susan Brubaker Knapp. She demonstrates the many uses of Tyvek....yes, Tyvek....the stuff that is probably insulating your home, or the envelope you used to send stuff through the Postal Service, or the weatherproof number that you wore in your last marathon! anyway, here are some early results. Beware, you should wear a dust mask when heating this stuff with a heat gun. I can think of so many ways to use this stuff in future art quilts. Clare, does any of this look familiar???
