For this challenge I opted to use Sulky thread to sew the entire piece. Sulky thread company will also be judging for the ways their thread was used. I hope my use of their thread is effective enough to get their attention.

Hoffman Challenge Update
I've been working on the Hoffman Challenge. Since I can't reveal the whole quilt until after it is judged, I thought I'd put a few pictures of segments of the quilt here. It was great fun. Thanks to Dena Crain for the teaching me the "darning" technique. Thank-you to Rhonda A. for encouraging me to proceed with my design and putting additional embellishments and finishing it with piping technique. For those who don't know, the Hoffman fabric that I had to include in the quilt is the one that has aqua blue and yellow/green with gold accents.
