Another Challenge

I was reading Ellen Lindner's blog and she has posted a challenge ( http://adventurequilter.com/blog/?p=1120 ) . She took this picture while visiting Savannah, GA recently.



Since I love a challenge, I decided to participate. I've taken a number of Ellen's on-line classes and just love the methods she uses to create art quilts.

I began by cropping the original picture and ended up with this as my sketched picture.



There is something about all the lines that are in this picture that caught my eye. I plan to use Ellen's 'sticky finger' method to make this piece. I'm ready to get 'sticky'! Anyone care to join me?? See Ellen's blog for the details.
