After returning from Houston, I made some pillows for my niece, and quickly put together the "purse
/pocketbook 12" monthly challenge with Play group. I learned a technique from a Craftsy class that included folding a small piece of tulle and sewing it down with a decorative stitch on my sewing machine. You can see the resulting little flowers on this piece. I am pleased with the results and will definitely use that technique again in a future quilt.
