Summertime Food

We were talking at the pool last Sunday about where to get the best ribs in our area and there were as many different suggestions as there were people discussing it. Ten years ago, when we were active bicyclists, we often drove to Southern Maryland for a 40-50 bike ride. Although the rolling hills and views of the river were nice, the best part was meeting after the ride at T&J's Barbecue near LaPlata, MD.
So here are the ribs we got yesterday.
