Putting the Needles Down

I mean putting the knitting needles down. Thank goodness for my Art Quilt group that meets with our mentor once a month, or I may never make another quilt. Here is my latest homework assignment. I'm calling it Achromatic I. We had to use a color scheme that we don't usually use and make a small art quilt. Here is mine:

 

I wanted so badly to add a splash of color to this, but to keep in totally achromatic, that was not allowed. It was interesting to see other student's work. Just about all of us created something geometric!  I need to explore this color scheme more so you'll probably be seeing more like this.
