I survived the holiday and am chomping at the bit to get back to the sewing studio. However, that will have to wait until the New Year (and school is back in session). There are relatives to visit and playdates to arrange before January 1. I did manage to cut out some more snowballs (from Jinny Beyers' book, "Patchwork Puzzle Balls"). It's been a long while since I've done any hand sewing and it is amazing how speedy this process is once you decide on fabrics. Jinny has taken all the guesswork out of trying to cut and sew to make things that are round. And since the weather people are predicting more snow for the end of the week, I want to be ready. I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday.
