I finally finished my handwork project. I saw a lecture by Pat Sloan and this quilt was in her trunk show. When I saw the snowflakes, I just knew I had to have it....if only for those snowflakes! Here I am 18 months later and I can proudly say I have hand-appliqued a large quilt. I pieced and quilted by machine, but all of those figures, leaves, letters, etc. I sewed by hand. Im so glad to have it on the wall just in time for the holidays.
